Our company has been extremely focussed on implementing environmentally friendly products, machinery and cleaning systems to achieve high standards of cleaning with minimal impact on the environment at a number of our large Government sites over the years. The Board of Directors

Mark and Marie founded Rolfe Property Services in 1989. Over the years the business has grown into one of the most recognisable cleaning company’s in the ACT. Together they have created a business that prides itself on reputation and performance.

Simon Rolfe
Simon RolfeChief Executive Officer
Simon was appointed General Manager of Rolfe Property Services in December 2009 following an extensive period as an Area and Operations Manager. His strong leadership, quality audits and rapport with clients has re-invigorated the Company. In 2011 Simon was a finalist in the BSCCA NSW/ACT young Manager of the year award and was the only representative from the ACT.

Simon’s focus on making Rolfe Property Services “not the biggest company, but the best” is a true reflection of his commitment to implement quality people, products and services to all of our clients.

Tyrell Gooley
Tyrell GooleyGeneral Manager
Tyrell has extensive experience in managing large contracts and client base from his experience in the waste industry.

Tyrell spent 10 years as Field Sales Manager for ACT/Southern NSW and over this time established himself as a quality service provider and trusted operator.

Rajani Shrestha
Rajani ShresthaOffice Manager
Rajani joined the Rolfe Group in July 2018 as an Administration Officer. A few short months later, she embraced the role of Business Support Officer, where she worked closely with the Business Support Manager and Accounts Manager. In 2021, Rajani now undertakes a senior role within the group as Office Manager covering accounts and office team. She loves learning new skills and provide training her team. It is her friendly personality and vast knowledge of Business Management that makes Rajani such a fundamental member of our administration team.
Jamie Echeandia
Jamie EcheandiaHuman Resource Manager
Jamie started with Rolfe Group in October 2023 as a Human Resource Manager. Jamie comes from a background in training and development and business development across different industries spanning 10 years.
Holding a Diploma in Human Resources, He is passionate about employees’ development and their performance having joined Rolfe Property Services to support the day-to-day operations and to be point of contact for HR matters for internal and external stake holders having worked with private companies and employment services over the years. Jamie’s professional and tactful approach allows him to achieve positive outcomes when dealing with any HR related matters and he can provide sound advice when required.
Jelka Ilakovac
Jelka IlakovacOperations Manager
Operations Manager, has been with Rolfe Property Services for a period of 12 years after extensive operational Management experience with a National organisation. Jelka continually receives accolades from our clients for her client focus, eye for detail and no nonsense approach. Jelka’s experience ranges from providing cleaning services to Government Offices, Tourist Attractions and Health Care Institutes.
Warwick Bonny
Warwick BonnyOperations Manager
Warwick joined the company in 2017 and oversees a number of contracts including Department of Health and numerous private enterprise clientele.

Having been in the industry for a total of 11 years, Warwick provides his clients with open communication and a focus on providing cleaning solutions.

Pema Tsechu
Pema TsechuOperations Manager
Pema is a dedicated Operations Manager with a passion for creating spotless environments. His dynamic leadership style has propelled our teams to achieve and exceed our client’s cleanliness benchmarks. Starting with the Rolfe Group as a cleaner in 2015, Pema through hard work and dedication has worked his way into a managerial role. His strategic approach has consistently led to improved efficiency and client satisfaction
Grace Lyons
Grace LyonsFinance Officer
Grace joined Rolfe Group in October 2021. After a career change from her 5 years of film and television production. In a short period of her employment, Grace has shown her ability and interest in Finance and promoted in Finance Officer position. Grace is the first port of call for accounts receivable. Grace has broadened her administration and finance skills to include Bookkeeping and Accounting and Payroll processing. Grace has a friendly & cheerful disposition which allows her to liaise at all levels confidently & successfully with internal & external stakeholders as part of her day-to-day duties.
Jasmine Hamlyn
Jasmine HamlynAdmin Officer
Jasmine has recently joined Rolfe Group in June 2023. Jasmine is the first port of call when walking in the front door where Jasmine greets you with a friendly voice and a helpful attitude. She also showed her interest in the accounts payable area and uses initiative with learning new things and actively performing her day-to-day duties in a team environment and providing admin support. Jasmine’s calm, initiative and active personality plays a vital role towards the company.
